When ordering a service, the agency always draws up an agreement between the parties. You can receive your copy by e-mail or in person at our office, or before the event from the models. Most services are paid for immediately before they begin. The agency does not take prepayment! The agency fee for the concierge service for the organization of events and travel «turnkey» is paid after they are held.

Payment by bank cards occurs through the cash terminal in the agency’s office or directly at the place of service or online (a link to payment is sent to e-mail and by SMS after the conclusion of the agreement) through the authorization server of the Bank’s processing center using bank cards of various payment systems.

To pay for the service, you will be redirected to the payment gateway of Sberbank of Russia to enter your card details. Please prepare your plastic card in advance. The connection with the payment gateway and the transfer of information is carried out in a secure mode using the SSL encryption protocol. If your bank supports the technology of secure online payments Verified By Visa or MasterCard Secure Code, you may also need to enter a special password to make a payment. You can check the methods and possibility of obtaining passwords for making online payments at the bank that issued the card. This site supports 256-bit encryption. The confidentiality of the reported personal information is ensured by Sberbank of Russia PJSC. The entered information will not be provided to third parties, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
