Refusal or replacement of service

• Replacement of a service or refusal to provide a service that had a prepayment is carried out one day before the event, with the return of the prepayment (refund occurs within two days). If less than a day is left before the event, then the prepayment is non-refundable.
• Replacement of a service or refusal to provide a service that did not have a prepayment is carried out at any time before the start of the event, until payment has been made.
